6 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
1 lemon, zest only
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
400g beef fillet, thinly sliced
1 pack water-soaked skewers
1 cos lettuce, quartered
1 red onion, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
Serve with steamed rice, salad and a bowl of warm Yeo’s Satay Sauce.
